A few things I’ve learnt since I went back to uni to study jewellery:
~ stationary is the funnest, how did i forget this?
~ you’re really really never too old to do or learn anything. Their are girls in my class ranging from 18 to 31 and they’re all equally talented and creative.
~ i have no nails left after all of the sawing and filing that’s been going on. “oh, you thought you’d get your nails done for class?” HAHAHA well now they’re gone forever.
~ open flames are scary as fuck, but it’s interesting how things become the new normal when you do something repeatedly.
~ nice lecturers make a world of difference, the women that take me for classes everyday are so damn wonderful.
~ i ask about 1000 questions a day because this shit interests me so much and I want to get it right. Ask questions guys, it’s only going to better you.
~ Do it for yourself, not for the marks.
~ it’s the best thing in the world to learn something new everyday, I really really want to maintain that always.
